Me gusta todas las decoraciones de la Navidad y la música navideña que hay en Orlando. Pero más que todo, me encanta celebrar Jesucristo y su nacimiento.
"Porque un niño nos es nacido, un hijo nos es dado; y sobre sus hombros estará el principado; y se llamará su nombre Admirable, Consejero, Dios Fuerte, Padre Eterno, Príncipe de Paz"
Me encanta el nombre Príncipe de Paz porque yo sé que podemos encontrar paz en esta vida gracias a Jesucristo!…
Loving all the Christmas decorations and Christmas music in Orlando. But most of all, I love celebrating Jesus Christ and His birth..

I love the name Prince of Peace because I know we can find peace in this life thanks to Jesus Christ!

ESP: Hoy es el día de acción de gracias! Y para mí, también hace un mes que he estado misionera!!
Estoy tan agradecida por la oportunidad que tengo de estar aquí en Orlando. Las personas de Orlando son increíbles. Los misioneros que están sirviendo conmigo son increíbles. Y sobre todo mi Salvador, cuyo Evangelio tengo la oportunidad de compartir, es más increíble e inefable que pueda describir.
Estoy tan agradecida por mi familia, quienes son ejemplos increíbles y quienes me dan mucho amor y apoyo en todo que yo hago. Estoy agradecida por mis amigos, especialmente los que han servido o están sirviendo misiones. He aprendido mucho de ellos, y todavía tengo mucho que aprender. Estoy agradecida por mi querida compañera, quién ha llegado a ser una de mis mejores amigas y ejemplos. Estoy agradecida por los misioneros en mi distrito, quienes nunca faltan de traer gozo a mí.
Podría escribir por días y nunca terminar de escribir las cosas de las que estoy agradecida. Por eso, voy a darles la versión más corta:
Yo sé sin duda que nuestro Padre Celestial tiene un plan para cada uno de nosotros. Y que Él nos ama infinitamente. Y por Su amor, Él nos da bendiciones en todo momento, de cada día, con las cosas, personas, y experiencias que Él sabe que necesitamos en esos momentos. Él es tan consciente de cada uno de nosotros, Sus hijos.
Feliz día de acción de gracias!!

ENG: Today is Thanksgiving!! And for me, it also marks one month of being a missionary!!
I'm so thankful for the opportunity I have to be here in Orlando. The people of Orlando are incredible. The missionaries that I serve with are incredible. And most importantly my Savior, who's Gospel I have the privilege of sharing, is more incredible and awe-inspiring than I could ever describe.
I'm so thankful for my family, who are amazing examples and give me so much love and support in everything I do. I'm thankful for my friends, especially those who have served or are serving missions. I have learned so much from them, and still have much to learn. I'm thankful for my sweet companion, who has become one of my best friends and greatest examples. I'm thankful for the missionaries in my district, who never fail to bring me joy.
I could write for days and never reach the end of the list of all the things I am grateful for. So, to give you guys the short version:
I know of a surety that our Heavenly Father has a plan for each and every one of us. And that He loves us infinitely. And because He loves us, He blesses us in every moment, of every day, with the things, people, and experiences that He knows we need at those precise moments in time. He is so aware of each of us, His children.

The Restoration and the Book of Mormon
ENG: I'm thankful for the restoration of the gospel of Jesus Christ because with it came the Book of Mormon!
With this copy of the Book of Mormon, I decided to mark the answers to some of life's hardest questions with different colored post-its. Some of those questions include : "What is the purpose of life?" "How do I find hope?" "How can I know that God loves me?" "How can Christ's atonement help me?"
I don't know where I would be without the Book of Mormon. It brings me so much peace, comfort, and guidance, and in it we can find answers to the most important questions.
Why are you grateful for the restoration? I'd love to hear your thoughts in the comments!
ESP: Estoy agradecida por la restauración del evangelio de Jesucristo porque con la restauración vino el Libro de Mormón!
Con esta copia del Libro de Mormón, decidí señalar algunas respuestas de las preguntas más difíciles de la vida con unos post-its. Estas preguntas incluyen: "Cuál es el propósito de la vida?" "Cómo puedo encontrar esperanza?" "Cómo puedo saber que Dios me ama?" "Cómo puede la expiación de Jesucristo me ayuda?"
No sé dónde estaría sin el Libro de Mormón. Me trae mucha paz, consuelo, y guía, y por este libro, podemos encontrar respuestas a las preguntas más importantes.
